We’ve renewed our contract for the remote support software that allows us to connect to your computer and work on it as if we are sitting there.
Next month look for a new support web page with more details. And since we’ve brought on board a second Apple Consultant, we will be opening up the Annual Support Memberships for new clients located anywhere in the US. We are working on the help desk software integration now so that members and others can track requests for support.

Our annual contract just ended for our online classroom and we are now with WebEx. Very mac friendly! We’ll be offering personal sessions and classes so you can learn from the comfort of your home (or cafe, or work…)
