While AppleCare provides world-class coverage of your hardware, applejuice tech’s Tech Support Plan covers YOU and your use of your computer and its software.
Contact us to apply for membership. We currently have openings for new members. The application is easy, we just want to make sure we are a good fit for your needs.
via www.applejuicesupport.com, we will provide support for one person with up to 3 late model Apple computing devices. Unlimited email and phone incidents. Up to 2 hours of live remote connected sessions per month. (Additional sessions billed at $55.25 per hourly session.)
- Initial personal technical strategy session/consultation/learning plan (up to 2 hours) with written report of recommendations included.
- Two 1-hour personalized training sessions included (Scheduled at least 1 week in advance with additional sessions at a discounted rate of $63.75 for each one hour session) remote or in-person.
- Discounts on public class offerings and events.
The afforable annual fee includes:
- up to $1,020 of remote support (troubleshooting)/ year
- $125 in strategic consulting
- $170 in personalized training & coaching
- 35% discount on additional remote support
- 25% discount on additional personalized training and coaching
